These Terms govern your use of the ListSeer website and waitlist (the "Service"). By joining our waitlist or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

ListSeer provides SEO analysis and listing optimization tools for online marketplace sellers. The Service is currently in pre-launch; access to the full product will be granted after official launch.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist places your email on our notification list. It does not guarantee access to the product or any particular pricing tier. Founding-user pricing ($19/month locked for life) is available to the first 100 verified waitlist subscribers at launch, subject to our ability to deliver the Service.

3. Independence

ListSeer is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. or any other marketplace. References to such marketplaces are for descriptive purposes only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) abuse the Service with automated signups or fake emails, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, (c) use the Service to violate any marketplace's terms of service.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListSeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
