Privacy Policy

ListSeer ("we", "our") is an independent tool for marketplace sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we store: your email address, country (derived from IP at signup), a browser user agent string, and the date you subscribed. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information at this stage.

2. How we use data

Your email is used solely to notify you when ListSeer launches and to send product updates you have consented to. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Product audit data (when live)

When you use the ListSeer audit feature, any product photos, titles, tags, or descriptions you upload are processed through our AI pipeline (OpenAI and fal.ai). Photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Text inputs may be retained for up to 90 days to improve audit quality.

4. Third-party services

We use Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and CDN). These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

Our landing page does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-first analytics (Plausible) that does not track individuals across sites.

6. Your rights

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message. You may request deletion of your data by emailing admin@listseer.com. We will respond within 30 days.
